Police responded on Aug. 27 to the 1100 block of N. Main in reference to a criminal trespass in progress.
Police identified five subjects illegally on a business property.
After advising them they were in violation of the law by being on the property, the officer issued juvenile citations to four of the subjects and a traffic citation to the other.
All juveniles were released to their parents after the incident.
Police responded Aug. 27 to a store in the 400 block of W. 7th in reference to a larceny that took place the day before.
A regular customer was at the counter inquiring about selling them a motorcycle. When the sales rep turned his back to the man to check the computer, the suspect apparently made off with a scale worth $65.
Many of the other employees were outside at the time of the incident so there were no other witnesses to the event.
No suspects have been arrested in connection to the event.
A Clovis man trying to break up a fight between two dogs Aug. 27 was bitten on the ear by one of the dogs, a pit bull.
The man said the dog was observed to be running freely in the area.
No charges have been filed at this time.
