Samplings of recent calls received by Clovis-area law enforcement officers, according to reports:
Police were dispatched Saturday to a retail store in the 3700 block of North Prince Street for a bomb scare.
Upon arrival, the officers observed several individuals standing outside the store in the parking lot. A man told police he had received a call stating there was a bomb in the store.
He said it sounded like a computer-generated voice, and when he tried to obtain more information, the caller hung up the phone.
Everyone was evacuated from the store. Officers entered the store and were unable to find anything out of place.

Officers were sent Friday to a store in the 1300 block of West Brady Street in reference to a burglary.
The complainant showed the officers the store, and the probable entry point at the back door.
It appeared the door had been kicked several times, the officer observed. Several drawers inside the store had been emptied onto desks.
The only items missing were two shirts and a silver set of grilling tools. Latent prints were taken from a glass bottle that had been moved.
