In observance of Presidents Day, local banks and credit unions will be closed, with the exception of Wells Fargo Bank, which will remain open. City personnel offices, Clovis-Carver Library, Clovis Municipal Schools, Eastern New Mexico University campus and the United States Postal Service also will be closed.
The Clovis News Journal will remain open.
