Robert Elliott of Clovis will be graduating this May from Texas Tech University with a doctoral degree in Higher Education Administration.
Geographic Bee
Seven local students have qualified for the 2009 state-level National Geographic Bee. The students will make their way to Albuquerque for the bee on April 3. The bee is for students from grades four through eight. Each student who is declared the school champion, qualified for the state bee by taking a written test.
