Every death is a tragedy. Every person loves and is loved by many people. Everyone has affected the lives of countless others during the course of his life.
Shock compounds the loss when it is sudden and unexpected, like Monday’s horrific accident near Saltillo, Mexico, that killed at least 11. Some of the 16 injured are in critical condition.
The loss seems greater still when it includes people who have dedicated their lives to teaching our children. At least two of those killed and several of those injured were teachers or school
