The Curry County Republican Party held elections for offices Monday night at the Clovis-Carver Public Library.
Officers elected were: Rube Render, county chairman; Brett Johnson, first vice chair; Ben McDaniel, second vice chair; and Marge Render, secretary/treasurer.
Rube Render, Johnson and McDaniel were also elected to the Republican Party’s state central committee. Also elected to the committee were Sen. Clint Harden, Rep. Anna Crook, former Lt. Gov. Walter Bradley and Peter Penney.
