Residents who have not received a census form in the mail can pick up and complete a form at various Questionnaire Assistance Centers located in the City of Clovis. There will be Census workers at these locations who can help residents complete forms where necessary. The sites are as follows:
• MVD 814 W 6th Street, Clovis – Monday to Fridays 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• NM Workforce Connection – Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Clovis Community College – Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Additionally the City of Clovis will have census forms available for the public to pick up beginning Thursday, April 15th, 2010. The City Manager’s office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday and is located at 321 Connelly Street, Clovis.
