The Curry County fair begins Monday with what organizers have promised to be a blend of traditional favorites and new attractions throughout the week.
Animal shows and sales, baking and crafting contests and other long-standing favorites will be going on daily through the Saturday with entertainment, rides and more starting each evening.
Nearly a dozen new vendors will also be added to the list, growing the shopping and information area from the commercial barn into the pavilion for this year’s fair.
“There’s a lot of new things going (on this year,” said Fair Coordinator Jan Riley.
The Clovis News Journal, with the help of Riley, has compiled a list of some of the highlights or must-see attractions for readers in this report.
