Claud Rainy Day Extension Club
The Claud Rainy Day Extension Club met Jan. 26 at Sandra’s ‘Home Cookin’ with 11 members present: Ginger Beck, Reba Camp, Lois Hollinsworth, Lucille Johnson, Marcy Kos, Joy Pattison, Sue Pattison, Hildegunde Pulz, Aloha Starbuck, Lola Starbuck and Annette Taylor. We welcomed a new member, Cathie Adkins. President Ann presided at the meeting, giving a report on the County Council meeting. Our club is furnishing cookies in February and September to public workers and shawls for hospice. Ann gave information about various songs. Reba gave the treasury report. Lucille read the minutes and called roll and announced the passing of a former member, Fannie Anderson.
Patricia Trevino gave an interesting explanation about Vista Care and hospice.
The next meeting will be Feb. 9 at 1:30 p.m. with Marcy Kos.
