Last time out: The Greyhounds outlasted New Mexico Highlands 104-98 in a game played on Wednesday at Santa Rosa High School. The Aggies haven’t played since Nov. 18 when they lost at Colorado-Colorado Springs 91-77.

Of note: ENMU put six players in double figures and shot 54 percent, including 13-of-24 from 3-point range, in beating the Aggies 107-75 at Greyhound Arena on Nov. 15. … The Hounds have won five in a row since a season-opening loss to Pittsburg State, the program’s most consecutive wins since eight-game and six-game streaks during the second of back-to-back Lone Star Conference South Division championships under Shawn Scanlan in 2003-04. … Three players average in double figures for OPSU — 6-foot-2 senior G D’ron Walker (17.5 ppg), 6-1 senior G Kevin Geofroy (15.3) and 6-3 freshman G Michael Patterson (10.5). … OPSU shoots 76 percent from the free throw line, led by Geofroy (27-of-31, 87 percent). He’s taken and made almost twice as many as anybody else. … Patterson went out with a back injury in the second half at ENMU. He returned at Colorado Springs, though, scoring 22 points and grabbing six rebounds off the bench in 29 minutes.
