A look at building reports issued by the city of Clovis in September.

6 — New residential permits filed in September. It’s tied with July for the third-lowest total for a month. There were four in June and three in August.
78 — New residential permits filed in 2014.
3,125 — Average square footage of the six new residential permits. The average is thrown off by a 6,358-square-foot house on Curry Road 7.
1 — Manufactured home placement permits filed for the month. The permit, filed for the 2300 block of Dove Court, is the only one of that type filed so far this year.
$25 — The least expensive permit with an actual cost, issued for a roofing job of $2,700 value. There is a free permit issued for a demolition on the 2500 block of North Prince.
$1,759 — The most expensive permit, issued for each of a pair of planned triplexes on the 100 block of Limestone. They’re part of 47 total multi-family residential permits issued so far for the year.
22 — Reroof permits for the month, with 16 different applicants.
49 — Total permits filed in September.
558 — Total permits filed through September.
$7,825 — Total permit fees collected in September.
$119,027 — Total permit fees collected for 2014.
