I ’m a dyed-in-the-wool cereal-fruit- milk-type-of-breakfast person, but Travis Foster of Portales sees it differently. Foster makes a breakfast that’s low in sodium and sugar, and has protein and vegetables. He says if it’s cheap and fast, he eats it.
