Mayor Brumfield to deliver state of city address

Clovis Mayor Gayla Brumfield will deliver the annual state of the city address 4 p.m. Thursday at the Clovis-Carver Public Library. The address is intended to inform citizens and accomplishments and activities of the last year and to answer questions about the upcoming year. The address will be broadcast on Cable Channel 6.
